FAQs
Are all the bags made by hand?
Yes, our bags are handmade on a small scale by our team in Woodstock, Cape Town.
What is the longevity of a bag?
The longevity of the bag depends on how it’s used and cared for. It’s designed to be used for many years, and the leather will develop a beautiful patina over time. If something like a stitch or zipper breaks, it can be returned to us for repair. We'll do our best to repair what's possible. If it's beyond repair, we may suggest purchasing a new one and offer a discount. Please refer to the care page for information on how to extend the bag's lifespan.
Do you take custom orders?

Where can I see Dyad bags in person?
